I had the pleasure of meeting with Katie, the event coordinator with FOODesign by Chef Brech. I was able to hear about the work of Chef Brech and the new exciting things coming for him and his company.
He currently is in the process of opening up a kitchen/bar downtown where the lower level is the catering kitchen and they are able to set up right there for events and not have to haul their things to different events.
Chef Brech also can do a bar depending on what the bride/host wants. Chef Brech has been catering in Grand Rapids for about 9 years. check out his website at www.chefbrech.com
